"Young Minds Matter" has been developed to draw together information on as many orgaizations as possible that have a role in promoting the positive mental health of young people.

It provides useful contact telephone numbers and a brief description of the services offered, both within and outside the Southern Health and Social Services Board area.

It is hoped that the directory will complement the help and support already available through your local G.P., family and friends.
